What repair proof should I submit?

After repair, submit the owner-signed adjustment form with a plumber invoice, parts receipt or repair photo. The source lists those as acceptable evidence; an unrepaired leak is not an eligible completed application.

What is the submission deadline?

The owner-signed form must arrive within 120 days of leak notification. Notification can be a site card, phone or answering-machine message, or a note on the bill. Identify that date before calculating the deadline.

How often are adjustments available?

One per owner every two years. Adjustments exclude water lost more than 60 days after notification, and the district does not process accounts with outstanding balances. Check all conditions together rather than only the repair date.
