Understand what is included
How does a one-month pass start?
It starts on the purchase day and covers one month of unlimited listed drop-in access. The source allows conversion to a continuous pass during the paid month or within seven days after expiry.
How does continuous billing work?
It charges monthly by credit card or bank withdrawal. The first month uses the one-month price; later months have reduced rates. Cancel before the next scheduled payment date, with access continuing through the paid month.
Which centres accept the pass?
All four Saanich recreation centres: Commonwealth Place, Gordon Head, Cedar Hill and G.R. Pearkes. Availability still follows each centre's actual schedules and service closures.

Families, renewals and refunds
What proof does a student need?
A valid student card or school-registrar letter confirming enrollment at an accredited post-secondary institution. The reduced student category is 19 plus, rather than every school-age visitor.
How do family admissions and multi-visit passes differ?
A single family admission covers up to two parents/guardians and four children, or all children in a larger family. A family multi-visit pass is for the specified parents/guardians and children/youth in the same household.
Are annual and multi-visit products refundable?
The page generally makes annual passes, single admissions and multi-visit passes non-refundable except compassionate or medical reasons under the refund policy. Replacement access or multi-visit cards cost $10.
Are there discounted or assistance options?
The page links LIFE financial help and Leisure Assistance support-person access. It also lists a $600 regional annual pass for 14 Greater Victoria centres. Those products have different eligibility and participating-site rules from a standard Saanich pass.
