Yacht Network is looking for a Yacht Broker who knows boats, connects easily with people, and is excited to build strong relationships within the Southern Vancouver Island boating community.
We're looking for someone with genuine boating knowledge - someone who can confidently talk about different boats, engines and systems and feels just as comfortable chatting with a boat owner as they do with a surveyor or marine professional.
What we're looking for:
⚓ Strong boating knowledge and hands-on marine experience
⚓ Friendly, confident and great with people
⚓ Comfortable networking and building relationships
⚓ Happy spending time at marinas, walking docks and meeting boat owners
⚓ Self-motivated, organized and proactive
⚓ Open to AI, technology and new ways of working
Previous yacht brokerage or sales experience is an asset, but not required. Boating knowledge, people skills and the right attitude matter most.
